What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a phone call, find out if it’s an emergency call or not. After we ask customer what exact locksmith service is needed so we can give he/she an idea of how much the cost is going to be. After both parties are on the same page, then we as customer for address then let them know customer know how long it’s going to take technician to arrive.
