What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Obtain Preliminary Quotes from Contractor, based on Preliminary Plans. “NOT” on Completed Sets of Plans, so you can find out how much your project will cost , before you enter in costly working plans development, you will be better informed in regards your project budget avoiding costly plans development. Seen it happened many times. Zel and his Team will explain the construction process and costs associated with your project.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Budgets, (always live room for unknowns-Contingency), Time (how long will it take to do the project-Schedule), Do we live through construction or do I move out (rental costs, increases the budget), Good Design (critical path materials picked up ordered and stored well in advance, Custom design makes work more challenged and expensive.
