We'll visit you on location as a cost-free consultation to discuss your needs, and prepare our notes to provide you with a service estimate.

Based on our meeting, we'll offer you a service agreement for design services, contracting services, or design and construction services, or consulting on your project that is already underway, or about to begin.

We will work with you every step of the way, from design to permitting to construction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team comprosises architects, engineers and builders with decades of experience in the field. Mr Bozatli has 15 years of experience in the design and construction fields, and holds a degree in Architecture. Mr Dikicioglu holds a degree in engineering, and has been in the construction industry for over 40 years.

How did you get started in this business?

Both owners entered the field through their education, and have been working since graduation.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with residential and commercial customers. Our projects range from small, but detailed, bathroom remodels, to large scale commercial remodels. We like to take on projects that interest us, with clients we can work well together with.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Gaining the trust of our client to the degree that they were able to go on vacation while we remodeled their house, and entrusted us with the safety of their home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Ask about the process of getting from start to finish. The pro has done this many times, but it might be brand new to you. Set expectations for time and steps before you get started, so you know what to expect.
