We price our services based off value. In essence, when we charge $1,000, we know that you are receiving AT LEAST $10,000 in value. Is the safety of your home worth $1,000? Are you able to provide a price on that?
How did you get started in this business?
We saw the lack of quality in garage door repair and gate repair companies, so we ended up providing a solution instead of complaining about the problem.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
An emergency came in when the gate to a property randomly broke, which would be able to invite criminals into the property. We arrived within 3 hours, and were able to provide a phenomenal service.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure to do research first, so you are able to ask intelligent questions to the contractor. It is easy to tell a person who knows nothing about garages or gates.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should ask about whether the are able to do repairs if the job goes poorly, ask about their history of referrals, and how many repeat customers they attain, because if customers use them over and over again, they most likely provide immense value.
