We are air conditioning service professionals whose primary goal is to provide our customers with quality service. Our number one goal is to help YOU. We are not salesmen, we are service technicians and if your equipment can be repaired, we will repair it. If the cost to repair it, depending on the age of the equipment, does not seem economically reasonable we may recommend replacing it.
But, regardless we are not high pressure and in the end you are the primary decision maker.

Listen to their concerns and then deal with the issue at hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from The Refrigeration School in 1989.
Master Heat Pump Technician Certified.
How did you get started in this business?
I have an older brother who had gotten into the trade years ago in West Palm Beach, Florida. He introduced me to the trade.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We service, repair and replace heating and cooling equipment including hot water heaters.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
One question I would ask someone like me who showed up at my door to "repair" my heating/cooling system would be, "How long have you been in the trade?" and "What did you do before you got into this trade?" Be cautious of the service tech with a lengthy sales background.
