What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a free estimate for the services needed.
The owner will walk through the entire process, and answer any questions.
The office staff will then schedule a service date.
We will send out a reminder the day before the appointment.
All services will be completed at the day of appointment, and the office staff will send out all warranties and reciepts .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Technicians are trained and certified on pest and weed control products.
How did you get started in this business?
A&E Home Services is a family business, founded on honesty and integrity. Many years ago our family had a vision to help others protect their homes from pests as well as help maintain the value of the home. Through years of humble detication our small business has grown, but honesty and loyalty to our customers has and will always remain the same. As our business has grown are service list has as well. We started with pests and now offer weed control, landscaping, carpet & tile cleaning services. Are driving force is to bring our customers the satisfaction of a pest free and well maintained home.
