I am a semi-retired industrial electrician turned home repairman, painter, and drywall repair and texture matching. I got my start in this doing commercial rebuilds and repairs with many clients in active office settings where I needed to be neat, quiet as possible, and minimal dust with no interruption to business which proved to be challenging but successful. I attribute this to understanding what the customer wants and marrying this with their needs and understanding the changing dynamics in business especially when in a public setting.
