What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If no plans exist, we start with a fact finding chat and can usually generate a rough budget from this exchange. We then meet with our architect / designer / engineers as needed to come up with a detailed scope of work and plans, and conduct a formal bid. Our goal is to have all costs and specs completed before construction begins to minimize surprises for all!
