Well, I love waking up every morning, and be able to get a call, and pull a customer out of the fire. There movers did not show up or that they called, and they were not answering their phones. Our whole teams gets charged up when those call come in. The fact were about to help and make a major in pack in their life it is a great feeling to have

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like to talk to our customers to discuss the details of regarding their move then would like to know what day they would like to get the move done that we were able to see if there’s any conflict and of course at that time we discuss exactly the size your crew they need the size of truck they need and of course most importantly how many hours and roughly what the job will cost we have a firm price is no hidden fees and at the end of the day we want to do a fantastic job for a customer so we can earn their repeat business

I have worked in the customer service industry for close to 30 years it was in construction for over 20 been in the moving industry for now Five years. And all these 30 years I have learned is always handle the customers belongs with the upmost care it doesn’t matter if you go from a rich home to a poor home treat the customers equally with dignity and respect and everything else Marcus he always works out perfectly fine

How did you get started in this business?
I started my business with the measly $5000 I built it up within three years to about 15 trucks got ranked in the state of Arizona number seven as far as the tub movers then we had some gross person in the industry issues as well as internal management issues which is basically caused me to restructure and to restart of the company again and that’s what I’m
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have work for customers from the riches of customers of homes ranging from 12 to 15,000 ft.² all the way to customers living in a studio so it doesn’t matter what the range of customers we have the customers are gonna be treated equally and their furnishings protected their home protected and our guys are doing a fantastic job
