What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Contact office and they will schedule a time. I will come out and assess the problem from there give a diagnosis and will work on repair.

Trained in California.Worked in San Francisco, Sacramento, Los Angeles, and San Diego

Started doing plumbing as a kid.  I was 12 years old

All types of customers. 


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Ask a lot of questions. It’s your investment in your home and you should be explained everything that is going on. And never go for company’s you see on T.V or hear on the radio. You will pay more for their service.  Radio adds and T.V adds cost money and that’s what you are paying for.. 


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Nothing if you are having a leak or back up happen. Contact someone as soon as possible to avoid any more water damages  from occurring.
