What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide them with a detailed, tailored quote. We will send them that quote by email. When they are ready to book a move we collect a deposit to book their move, and then assign them a job number.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We put all mvoing applicants through a training trial, prior to them being hired. We make sure they know how to use the moving equipment properly, and we perform a background check.

The business has been family owned and operated since 1978. It was passed on from an Uncle to his nephew and his wife.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure to do your homework, and research on any company that is going to be providing services inside of your home. Make sure to ask for all confirmation on pricing to be sent to you to review. Also check with your local BBB.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
To make sure to have as many details as needed about the project that is needed. Be as detailed as possible so the quote can be given as accurate as possible.
