What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

A complimentary meet and greet for you and your pets are scheduled. We then discuss your pet's treatments regarding their medical issues if there are any, quirks, diet and schedule, walks, etc.

Information is gathered such as your Veterinarian information. And service dates that will be needed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been raised on a farm and was taught how to care for and respect all animals since I was able to get around. I am able to "read" a dog's behavior and posturing and understand the fear that rescue dogs can and will encounter in a new situation with a new person.
