For our commercial clients, we make it our goal to give you the results you would expect if you had your own pest control division! You can call us 24 hours a day. We typically return your calls within two hours. You give us the information and a contact and we handle the rest, updating you along the way by the method you prefer, email, text or phone, until the problem is resolved.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We recieve a call. This call is typically a mutual interview. The customer asks us questions about our services and what we can do to help them, and we ask them questions about their pest problem, safety related questions like are there pets or small children and other things that will help us create a service plan.
We offer an initial service and any follow up services that would be best practices indicated. If the customer wants or needs regular service, we don't require contracts but we do offer standing calendar appointments at various intervals such as monthly, bi monthly or quarterly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold the business license and one of the Qualifying Credentials for Champion Pest Control. I held my first job in Pest Control in 1979. I was co founder of Pest Management Institute in Phoenix Arizona and developed curriculum that is still in use today at Pest Management training facilities.
