Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was called out to a person who had a powderpost beetle problem in her home. Another company provided a quote of 3,000.00 to fumigate her entire property. When I completed my inspection I discovered the entire problem was in a newly purchased wooden photo frame. I told her to discard the frame and I would come back in 2 weeks to be sure there was no further infestation. Upon my follow-up inspection I discovered no new infestation and was able to save this person 3000.00. That is the kind of businessman I am.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't seek the least expensive service provider. Find someone who has the experience to handle your problem. Also, remember.... a large company may have been around for decades... but the person ringing your doorbell may have just started last week.
