About
After plumbing for 19 years Aaron, our Union trained expert, has seen almost everything. He has been involved in the new construction plumbing of high rise apartments, multi unit apartments, condominiums, townhouses, restaurants, multi million dollar custom mansions, semi custom homes, and track homes in huge subdivisions. He has worked on the new installation of building drain waste and vent (DWV) piping, hot, cold, and tempered water supply piping, gas piping, and fixture installation. He has installed and repaired all brands of toilets, faucets, bidets, tub/shower valves, Roman tub fillers, garbage disposals, dishwashers, gas fireplaces, water heaters, tankless water heaters, steam generators, garden hose spigots, mixing valves, commercial toilet flush valves, and Urinals. He has installed and replaced bathtubs (with and without walls), shower bases, tub drains, shower drains, sump pumps, ejector pumps, pressure booster pumps, hot water recirculating pumps, kitchen sinks, pedestal sinks, wall mount sinks, vanity cabinets, washing machines, and gas dryers. He has found G.I. Joe guys, combs, and toothbrushes in the toilet. He has found dead birds blocking vents. He has found dead animals, rags, roots, toys, and tampons blocking drains. He has solved mystery leaks, mystery smells, and mystery noises. He has devised scores of methods through trial and error to make plumbing easier, cleaner, faster, and safer. He has even invented a tool to make an impossible repair possible. When he says there is nothing he can’t fix, he means it.
I most enjoy meeting new people. Introducing myself and gaining confidence and trust in clients who were, just a short time before, complete strangers. The pride in solving a difficult problem or complicated task and making it look easy. The joy in knowing that I made a difference in someone's day and that they will call me again when they need help again.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll take the phone call. Acquire some information about my clients problems. Give an estimate over the phone, if possible. And hopefully schedule an appointment to remedy the situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years of Union Plumbing Trades School.
19 years of on the job experience. 11 of those as The owner of my previous company in Chicagoland.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is by the job. And since every job is different, it is difficult to standardize prices. Though several repairs are fairly standard like faucet replacements, garbage disposal replacements, and water heater replacements, to name a few.
How did you get started in this business?
Joined the Local Plumbing Union for DuPage and Kane Counties in Illinois in 2001.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types. Home owners, business owners, landlords, condo associations, management companies, corporations, builders, general contractors, and handymen.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are licensed and insured. See that they can give you references. See some photos of their work.
