Paige’s Pet Care
About
I pet sit for multiple types of animals, not just cats and dogs. Reptiles, amphibians, birds, rodents, etc... I will also pet sit venemous animals, but will not handle them, I will also not handle any snake over 5 feet alone.
I’ve been pet sitting for years and I’ve had nothing but positive feedback, and hiring me will help me get more experience for my future career, veterinary medicine.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come meet the animals and see the process of feeding, cleaning, walking, etc...
On the initial visit I will bring someone with me, most likely my father, for safety reasons, but after that it will just be me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t have any formal education or training but I do have tons of experience and personal research with fish, reptiles, amphibians, mammals, and other kinds of animals.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing system depends on the amount of animals and what their care entails.
My standard pricing for cats and dogs is either 20 dollars per day for a single animal, or 10 dollars per animal per day.
How did you get started in this business?
I stared petsitting for neighbors and family friends and discovered that I enjoyed it a lot more than traditional jobs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with many different types of people. As long as I feel comfortable I will watch your animals for you, there are very few times I have refused an offer.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was looking after a cat, and I refilled the food and water and was looking for her. I looked for about 30 minutes and couldn’t find her, then I walked into the living room to get ready to leave and found her hiding in the couch.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that you’re comfortable with the amount of knowledge that the person you’re hiring has about your animals. If something feels off and you have any doubts about putting your animals under the care of this person, don’t hire them.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I think that the most important thing is just to make sure that the animals you’re asking people to take care of are in good conditions. If you ask someone to care for an animal incorrectly that knows about the animal, there could possibly be consequences, there could at least be an uncomfortable situation between the owner and the sitter.
