What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most important, I listen carefully as to what exactly the customer's needs are. Second, I give a quote and do not deviate from that price afterwards. I have no hidden costs or fees and I do not jack up the parts price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a journeyman plumber with over 20 years experience in all phases of plumbing including irrigation and water treatment.

I generally charge $50 an hour. However, when I bid a job it's at a fixed price. Even if the job should take longer, there will be no extra charges.
How did you get started in this business?
It's sad, but any more plumbing companies train their people to be salesmen first, plumbing comes second. Most of them act like used car salesmen instead of plumbers. Since this totally goes against my grain, I decided to go on my own and continue the old school way (the customer comes first!)
