What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Want them to know I am here to help. I am very good at explaining the problem and what its going to take to fix it as well as preventing it from happening again 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In the trade for approximately 10 years, water/wastewater operator, (A.D.E.Q certified) gas pipe certified, pool certified, ice machine certified, etc...


Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

I charge a trip of $25.00 up to 25 miles. The fee is automatically waived if i do the job. I operate out of a price book and I can afford to charge less than most companies because I have little over head. 


How did you get started in this business?

I use to do remodels and sometimes that involved plumbing and desided it was something I wanted to do. 


What types of customers have you worked with?

I deal with customers from all walks of life and I enjoy meeting new people 


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I am the owner and operator of No Monkey Business Plumbing. When you call, me you get me. 95% of the plumbers work on  commission. Their job is to up sell you otherwise they don't make as much money. Stay with the mom and pop shops, you'll get more for your buck
