About this pro

I construct with the most energy efficient products. Structural Insulated Panels (SIP's) Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), and RASTRA. Build off the grid homes as well.

I have spent 20 years building on the Navajo Nation. Both HUD and NAHASDA (Native American Housng Assistance and Self-Determination Act (1966). I employ very multi skilled Navajo workers.

I was located in the Four Corners USA. I had projects in all four states. I am a Design/Build Company. I sit down with my clients and draw with several CAD programs.

To be able to sit down with my clients and start from the ground up with their needs. I've literally sat down with a piece of butcher paper and started to scetch out ideas. To see the project go from digging a hole, to handing the clients the keys to the door has been very rewarding for me and my crews.

How did you get started in this business?

Twenty years ago I was contracted to do home designs for a independent lumber yard in the Four Corners USA. I started a five man construction crew building Hogan's and small homes on the Navajo Nation. I grew to four crews building scattered site homes. I also built custom homes in all four states in the Four Corners Region.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I build HUD Housing and NAHASDA homes for 20 years on the Navajo and Hopi Nations. I build custom homes and "Off the Grid Homes" in the Four Corners Region of the Southwest. Any customer from small to large. A $300,000 Home would be my limit. Barns and other outbuildings.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I built a seven structured Dude Ranch in Lisbon Valley, UT. It was very remote off the grid and hotter than heck. We camped out and worked four ten hour days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I build only with the best energy efficient products available today. My projects go up quickly as everything is pre-cut. Very little waste on the job site.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Study your home site for the most solar gain. Think things throughly. Compile a Q&A work sheet. I will furnish brochures on all my products. I will do an on-site evaluation. Study plans available to get a good start.
