ACME Locksmith started in Mesa, and our Mesa shop is at 4448 E Main St, Suite 3. I grew up in Mesa and went to Mountain View High School, then served four years in the U.S. Navy. I bought ACME in 2007. The company has served the Valley since 1995.

We're veteran owned, licensed (AZ ROC #271563), A+ rated with the BBB, and the only locksmith in Arizona to win a BBB Ethics Award. We've completed over 170,000 jobs, shop and field work combined.

From the Mesa shop we cover Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe and Queen Creek, with 24/7 emergency lockout service. Our other shops are in Phoenix (headquarters), Scottsdale and Gilbert.

What we do: car keys and key fobs, house, car and business lockouts, rekeying, key copies, safes, smart locks, mailbox locks, door closers, panic bars and access control for businesses.

Walk in for keys and hardware Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.

The technician on duty was very knowledgeable and it takes very lots of patience to work on locks and to get the right key in the combos altogether, but I was able to get keys made for my Harley-Davidson Helma locks and I am off and running and plus I got ignition key a barrel key for the ignition and the bags so I’m good to go. They’re very knowledgeable and very good to work with.

Carter did a great job locating blanks and cutting two keys for the bays and fuel port on a 45+ year old vintage motor home. I went to Ace first and they didn’t have a blank for either.

I had a hard time finding a place in the area that had a location you could bring your lock in to get re-keyed, which is what I needed. (Most of the locksmiths I found were mobile). Once I found them, I was in and out in 5 minutes. Carter was fast, pleasant, and helpful!

Carter helped me get a Honda keyless entry backup key cut (the one that slides into the Key Fob that you would only use in an emergency or if the Key Fob died). He warned me about some of the nuances with the Honda physical key locks and smoothed out the cut. It only took a couple minutes, the work was professional and he was extremely friendly and helpful. Worked like charm. I got this recommendation from a place that cuts keys that was not equipped to handle what I needed. The shop is kind of hard to see in the small strip mall next to the Fry’s. It looks like they had safes, high security padlocks, deadbolts, and all sorts of locking equipment accessories.
