Below are the details of the Installation and the guarantees it covers:
- Location of the Indoor Unit (head).
- Drill the wall to the outside to pass the copper lines, cables and drain.
- Connection of copper lines between the Indoor and Outdoor Unit.
- Installation of PVC cover to protect copper lines (optional).
- Base Placement of the Outdoor Unit (optional).
- Location of Outdoor Unit.
- System vacuum.
- Electric connection
- Power on and testing of the AC.
- Basic explanation of the use of the remote control.
Note: If you want to install the PVC covering for the copper lines and base of the Outdoor Unit, the installation charge is $500. Although it is optional, I recommend it for aesthetics and to protect the copper lines because UV rays destroy the insulation over time. , which will affect the efficiency of the AC.
You as a customer must have the disconnection box with its respective protection on the panel, if you do not have it I can quote it for you.
The warranty for installation is 6 months.
The Guarantee will be given for:
1) Loss of refrigerant due to any error in the installation, or due to,
2) Water Filtration into the Indoor Unit, or through,
3) Any part that does not appear secure or firm due to some error in installation.
The Warranty does not cover the decrease in efficiency due to lack of maintenance. Due to continuous and prolonged use of AC, the filters become dirty and clogged with dust, which decreases the efficiency of the equipment. It is the customer's responsibility to carry out periodic maintenance of the filters and eventually all the equipment (Indoor and Outdoor Unit) or hire an AC professional to do it.
