What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself and communicate my level of expertise. I offer local references, show pictures of previous work done. When hired I stay in constant communication with the homeowner and always keep them in the loop, if nessesary I recommend and offer recommendations when needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering out of the University of Texas.
