What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact the customer via phone and set up a date to meet. I go and see the project and get the measurements that I need. Then, I contact the customer via email or phone to give the bid for the project and answer any questions they might have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 15 years of experience. We have all the licenses, bonds, and insurances required by the state.
How did you get started in this business?
I love business and started the business because I have a passion for helping others.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have done everything from small residential projects to big commercial projects.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We did a charity to help out a customer get her drive way redone. The customer was really happy and we were glad that the community helped gather funds to help the customer in need.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Compare 3 contractor, make sure you ask any questions you might have, ask for pictures of past projects, check online reviews, and see how good they communicate with you.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask about prices, availability, days that the project would take to complete, cleaning, and set up.
