Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently a customer hired me to help her 80 year old mother who had been without adequate services to get hot water to be able to both shower and keep her home warm using radiant floor heating.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always get estimates from multiple pros until you feel comfortable with the contractor/ price.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What does the customer expect/imagine the project will look like when it is completed? Do they really understand the costs involved and is it affordable? What is the desired timeline for completion of the project?
