Public Health experts, 2/3 of Europe died in 1350's due to something they had little clue about. We still have Bubonie Plague in the 4 Corners area of Arizona. And if Covid has taught us anything, we need to be cautious. We have 2 trained Associate Certified Entomologist on staff and we reall know bugs. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We gather the informations on their issues and come up with a plan and then implement the fix. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

2 Staff member are Associate Certified Entomologist 

All technicians are Licenced by the Department of Agriculture Office of Pest Management - with continuing education required. We generally exceed those requirements. 


Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Generally pest control based on size of home - less than 2000 square foot is $45 - excludes termites, honeybees, bedbugs and interior German Roaches due to time. But call us and we always will issue a proposal. Termite work in based in the lineal footage around the home or business. 


How did you get started in this business?

Started in Florida - where they grow the bugs BIG and BAD. Then went to work or a chemical manufacturer, they purchased a software company in Arizona and I was asked to be the Pest liason to software team. In 2005 I purchased ProBest Exterminating, they had used that software and was a highly regarded in the Industry. Times are tough and in 2007 a lot of the termite work just evaporated because of th housing collapse and now due to Covid - people are concerned but we are Public Health Experts


What types of customers have you worked with?

From the single family to huge warehouses and everything in-between. 


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Bedbugs have become a scurge, we had a Grandmother who alloed her Grandson to move in. He brought bed bugs in and she was also a hoarder, so we teamed up with a friend who did heat treatment. Lots of work, and of course it was in the summer and HOT.


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Always check out the company online and check out the BBB and reviews, we make mistakes but I think of those as opportunities to be better. We think outise of that bos and have new techology to help us. 


What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

1. Explain all the details, don't skip the finer points. Honestly I've see pretty much all of it. 30 years - from dog do do in an apartment for over a week, to a crawlspace with lots of fleas. 

2. We have new technology and don't do inside unless its specific to an issue. Most bugs come from outside and putting a wet product that dries isn't good for the occupants inside. We'll deal with inside when you tell us about it, ants etc.

3. Don't spend lots of $$$$$ money on every other month and quarterly  - we charge one price - check us out call us.
