I felt like the tech cared about us making the right decisions. He spent a lot of time going over several options of replacements. We we still unsure about brands and seer, their tech was available for us to follow up with and after a week of shopping companies we chose them to do our work. They did a wonderful job at cleaning up our home as well as going over how to use the new equipment. We would definitely recommend them.
