We are well recognized for Pest, Termite, Roof Rat, Scorpion and Bee service in our service area.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Generally, we speak with or phsically visit the customer in advance. The core value in pest control service is finding what it is that creates the interest in service, explaining the standards we have in place by way of service and scheduling a time to connect. An important component of customer service is owning the customers expectations and fulfiulling the same. We service on the same day each cycle and usually the same time during each service visit. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have held or hold numerous certifications, licenses, awards or recognition for 35 years of continuous industry service. I have worked for large corporations and noa have owned my business for nearly two decades. We are a bit old school so the traditions I was taught in 1984 and forward are much the same as today. Taking care of the customer will never be sacrificed for any reason! I have served 38 years on Boards or Commissions in my community. I mention this as I firmly believe in giving back.


Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Our pricing is based on the presence of pests, areas to be treated and what if any difficulty is involved in service delivery. Generally speaking we service middle to upper income households by request and historical experience. 


How did you get started in this business?

I was a Mall Department store retailer and was happy in my various roles. One day while reading the Scaremento Bee newspaper I saw a listing for a Branch Manager positon. It stated that the Orkin Company was looking for sensible, well groomed, articulate folks that could be hands on in a service buiness. Further is indicated that the postion would require a leader of people, P&L operatiions, sales, service and administration while having the ability to train and develop new and present employees. Ultimately is concluded with "If you know you are the exact and qualified person for this position please apply" I did and in 1984 I started in the Exterminating Business. 


What types of customers have you worked with?

I/we have worked with every customer that likely will ever need service. From the Park Model in a RV park to the largest of Sports arenas and stadiums. From Food processing, restaurants, to hospitals and Casinos, Corporate buildings, and campuses to multi - million dollar homes. We work on homes and businesses like yours everyday. Schools, churches and elderly care we have experience.

The Denver Broncos winning another Super Bowl in 2015!!!!


What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Check the company's reviews and look at website and facebook pages. A referral is the most trustworthy of any company to do business with. Look at the sole of the company and ask how they share their time, talent and treasure with others.
