Hinson's Fair Home & Rental Repair
About
Exceptional, Honest, Friendly and Quality work for the community and citizens of Cabot, and the surrounding areas. It is my most critical and moral goal to build up a solid development of lifelong relationships with my clients and clients to be. I give my best with everything I do and have no hesitations about this, all while being transparent about what I can do, as well as what I can't do. You can rest assured that you will receive nothing less than the best of my abilities and capabilities, and to be treated the way that our forefathers has set forth the examples for us! But, simply put, I am very critical about everything I do down to the smallest of details.
Well, the pandemic has been a huge hit, as I have not worked for myself for years, and now it feels great again having happy clients who have something they can enjoy or an additional outdoor sitting area, a new deck upgrade for evening leisure is a great pleasure for customers and their families, even a simple covering of an existing deck or patio is quite exciting to see happy clients and the rest easy feeling that if anything were to happen, in the unlikely event partaining to my work, they know that I'm but a call away. Truly, I can't think of anything better than working a solid job and getting to turn around and actually see progress, and the instant gratification of your work and the happiness of the client's faces. This is the most important #1 driving force that keeps me going and makes me happy.
Regardless of of the job you need done, I think that you should have what you want and the way you want it done. I will not start with any project until I have captured the image of your desires and your thoughts of the end results in which you have sought out my expertise.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I am contacted through word of mouth and called in for an estimate of an interested costumers job or project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Of, course High school, and the versatile jobs that I have undertaken in the past, yields up to just a huge plethora of opportunities for learning. Or, even forced training,in say an emergency roof leak, or pipe bust, in the middle of the night. It's just all aspects of, and beyond, the quite vigorous process that you can imagine, that the term construction would be housed under. Its endless
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Standard? Yes and no, being the fact that no two jobs are the same, but generally would be a cost plus basis, as with any contractor who performs routine tasks that is. But it is usually what is the most fair to everyone. No one should be charged more or less than any job is worth, nor should I be in a position where I am working for free. In the end it's what everyone agrees with and comfortable with.
How did you get started in this business?
Well as long as I can remember, I have been working on everything, be it homes, fencing, automobiles and a bit of farmers work. All that was before I was even a teenager! For the most part I am a person who is self taught in some things and learns how to from others. Most importantly, I can't stand to not know how something works! If that says anything about the question, I think that is the best way I can describe it. 7 plus years of experience in all aspects of home and business construction Industry. New and older construction, plumbing, tile, simple electrical, decks, outdoor living areas, pergolas, fencing, big house reverb, roofing, etc.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Nice, Not nice, and really not nice. Rich, poor, good credit, bad credit, no credit, divorced, bankrupt, and all in between.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My latest son. Makes my 3rd and hopefully last.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would recommend this. My number on speed dial!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Talk to some people who have had the same problem or work. Ask alot of questions, especially if they have to go through a complete renovation process as it has a long process and not everyone likes lots of power tools because of the noise levels that they make.
