What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
i meet with them on job, go over everything on plans, make a plan and kick things off once we are on same page. When the customer is happy everything goes so much smoother.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have 17 years in the construction trade. i love what i do and take pride in all of it . I do not cut corners or do this half way. If it isnt the best then i do not accept it , all of my employees know and understand high quality work or nothing at all

Yes I use a software that gives today's prices for anything that has to do with a house. It breaks the job at task down, so it's easy to understand for the customers.
How did you get started in this business?
I started doing construction at the age of 15 durning the summer. I was a construction helper . I started understanding how everything worked framing houses. I had a old-school teaher that was one of the toughest guys I knew. Taught me everything from framing, tile, flooring, siding, windows, doors, plumbing, trim etc.
