I have dealership repair experience with John Deere mowers and ag/equipment and dealership experience with Craftsman. I have also attended school on Toro dingos, stump grinder, and trenchers.
I grew up in a professional garage with my grandfather and have always had a passion for repairing anything mechanical.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am able to repair most issues on site. I will schedule a time to come out. If it requires an in depth repair, the customer or I can transport the piece to my shop.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have John Deere dealership repair experience, Toro products school, and Craftsman dealership repair experience. Along with agricultural and heavy equipment repair.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ensure that the pro you are looking to hire are using new/genuine parts and offering a warranty on parts and labor for the repair.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should have a expected repair price in mind. It will be a little more expensive for a pro to repair using oem parts than it would be someone using used or off brand parts. They should ask how long the parts and labor are warrantied from the date of completion.
