What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple. What do they need? That's how I've been in Business for so long without advertising. We are given a lot of referrals.. Then what is their budget? So we can get straight to what our options are. And we have them all... Finally a quote will be given for services requested and schedule date will be made to accommodate the customer if possible and then we will call/text/email the evening before as a reminder and if requested we usually call 2 hrs prior to arrival with ETA (estimated time of arrival). Work will be completed as discussed, nothing more. Although we will let you know if any problems that you need to be aware of. That's it! Invoice will be sent via email and we would love a review on our website and Social media. We also provide 10%off for veterans seniors and teachers. How did you get started in this business?
Cleaning gutters only and yard work I was young with no direction and never expected to own a company that still cleans gutters,... BUT NOW SO MUCH MORE! And with us being a smaller family owned business we save you 1/3 of the cost of The big boys but with More Care for Our Customers needs, combined with Quality Work, The best Gutter Protection product, hands down for the money you spend. (Literally the EXACT same Product as LeafFilter, I've done work for them in the past) Our Customer Service far exceeds the large Gutter Guards companies by being smaller and family owned we are dedicated to your 100% satisfaction ( Again... That's how we've always gotten continuous work before (just now) getting on Google, through Customer referrals), but now reviews will be coming on Google and we still provide financing, 0 % for 18 months with approved credit, We accept credit cards, debit, checks, Remote pmts ( Cash App, venmo Etc..) to meet any customers budget and flexibility with scheduling. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Prior pictures of jobs completed by company, Licensed and Insured? No hidden cost or fees. Estimate should match invoice. How long have you been in this line of work? Do you provide any type of warranty? (For materials or labor) how effective is their product and ask for before and after pictures of services being provided. Do you have photos that you can email of last jobs completed? Ask them to to call 2 hrs ahead of time on scheduled date and to clean up behind themselves upon completion. Offer to give them a review and they will likely take even more time on the small details! Hope this helps!
