What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we begin working with a new customer we set up an initiaal estimate appointment. Once we have the information for the project we send out an estimate via email. After the cusomer accepts the estiamte we send out a contract to be signed. We take 1/2 of the estiamte price for the deposit the day we begin the job and the remainder upon completion.
