I've enabled flexible pricing, although there are flat rates normally, with the understanding a five minute fix shouldn't cost you a hundred dollars or more.
I have given out refunds due to my own error, at the same time paying out of my pocket.
I've replaced a vendor's device, after it ended up being faulty within a few months, WITHOUT charging for my time again.
