LINDNER BUILDERS, founded in 1991 and based in Sussex, Wisconsin, is a sole proprietorship led by journeyman carpenter Don Lindner. The company is a certified and licensed Wisconsin contractor and is fully insured with contractor liability and property coverage as required by the Wisconsin Department of Commerce, Safety & Buildings Division. Services include kitchen, bath, and basement remodeling; window and door installation; exterior siding and aluminum trim; storm and patio doors; skylights; exterior decks in wood and composite; storage sheds and garages; drywall installation, repair, and texturing; floor and wall tile preparation and installation; fire or storm damage repair; and all rough framing and finish carpentry. Subcontracted electricians and plumbers are engaged only when permits require it. LINDNER BUILDERS provides free estimates and free design with a signed contract, or works from customer plans. For simple installations, payment is due upon satisfactory completion; when materials are supplied by the company, a down payment covers materials with the balance due upon completion. The company handles one project at a time, arrives promptly, contains dust, protects surrounding areas, avoids unnecessary noise, and performs complete cleanup and disposal.
