What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are the target of the market. Establishing new relationships with customer's to create a solution is always the goal.
Initially I require a phone call with a brief description of the work in question. Establish a time and place for further inspection of the task at hand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently an apprentice for plumbing and nearly carded out as a journeymen. Currently a 12kilo plumber in the Army national guard. I've been in the construction industry since 2004 and im still learning till this day.
