I’m Dima, a licensed and insured contractor serving the Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA areas. I provide a broad range of residential and light commercial services, including flooring installation, interior repairs, maintenance work, and remodel projects. Much of my work involves apartment unit turns, make-readies, and time-sensitive jobs where reliability and communication are critical. I regularly work with general contractors and property managers and am experienced with work-order systems, documentation, and coordinating with other trades. My focus is on quality work, efficiency, and being a dependable partner clients can rely on.
