What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm very flexible and easy to work out with the schedule . Most of all being honest and competitive in labor cost .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Airframe and power plant mechanic graduate , 10+ years experience in construction /remodeling houses . I've had 20 + previous customer around Washington . Also , I was a building engineering at Pro Sports Club in Bellevue , WA . For few years .

How did you get started in this business?
I started this business when we first have our house in Virginia . Trying to maintain the value of our property .Every now and then I had to upgrade the interior and exterior of our home . That's when I realized I can do that for a living since I prior experience working in a construction and have proper education on Electrical , plumbing , carpentry, sheet metal .
What types of customers have you worked with?
Different ethnics . Some aggressive and some not so nice . But I still acknowledge them with respect and straight forward .
