Grizzly Landscape & Construction is a Lynnwood irrigation contractor serving Snohomish and King County. Our main focus is sprinklers: installation and design, repair (including systems other companies installed), blowouts and winterization, backflow prevention, drip irrigation, smart controllers, and rain and freeze sensors.

We diagnose first and dig second. We test pressure, valves, and wiring before quoting a repair, pressure-test zone designs before digging, and test every zone head by head before we leave. Every irrigation install carries an 18-month warranty.

Our own crew does every job, with no subcontractors, and you get a written price before work starts. Our systems are built for Pacific Northwest yards: wet eight months, dry four, with freeze risk from November.

We also install French drains, paver patios, retaining walls, cedar fences, and landscape lighting, and handle grading, stump removal, and mulch.
