We had an outstanding experience working with Mike. He first completed a full basement remodel for us, which included removing walls, leveling concrete floors, and building out a kitchen and bathroom. The results were great and we hired him again to do an additional kitchen and bathroom remodel. Across all the projects, the quality of work was exceptional—everything was done with care, precision, and a clear pride in craftsmanship. What really set him apart was how thoughtful and proactive he was throughout the process. Because our home is older, there were a number of potential unknowns once walls were opened up. He consistently flagged maintenance items that could have easily been overlooked—like aging pipes or underlying issues—and addressed them early, ultimately saving us time, money, and headaches down the road. Communication was smooth, timelines were well-managed, and the end results exceeded our expectations. We’d highly recommend Lux to anyone looking for high-quality work and a contractor who genuinely has your best interests in mind.

TBH Sterling is the best contractor I've hired in the past 20+ years. Dave and his team provided excellent customer service: maintaining the project on time, communicating effectively, taking responsibility when issues arose, and producing an exemplary remodel for our home at a reasonable price point.

John did an amazing job remodeling my kitchen, finished in time, full of kindness and respect to us. Highly recommended. Looking forward to hire him again
