What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will find out what there exact needs are by asking them questions and discussing their situation. I will then make suggestions about the ways for them to best proceed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from William & Mary with a major in Management, and minor in Marketing. I am a certified residential real estate appraiser (since 1991) and received my Real Estate Sales License in 2008. I typically sell 20+ homes per year. I have also flipped 5 homes and also help investors find homes for rental or flipping.
