What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pre-qualify over the phone, set up office meeting to find out wants and needs, conduct research for available properties, email client property options, set up and schedule showings, submit offer to listing agent, negotiations, sign contracts, conduct inspections, and appraisal if needed, attend the closing, attorney records settlement, follow up for feedback, ask client for referrals, continue to contact client at least twice a year.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Advanced Academic Diploma-Clover Hill High School, J Sargeant Reynolds Community College-some completed no degree, 3 years licensed REALTOR.
