About
Hello! My name is Jeff and I have been training and working with dogs for over 35 years. From small puppies and basic training to adults with behavioral issues and everything in between, I can help with all dogs for general obedience and behavior modification. I customize the style and training to each dog and owner. No two dogs or owners are the same so individual attention and requirements are imperative with my training. I offer private lessons, board and trains and group classes.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with the owner and the family to assess the living situation and the special needs of them and the pets. I do private lessons or training boot camps at my own facility
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with over 20 of the best trainers from around the country. I compete regularly in obedience, agility, nose work, and many other dog sports. I have obtained many dog titles such as cd, cdx, dcat and many more.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is $120 for a private lesson which is about 1.5 hours.
My board and trains are $140 per night. At my house not a warehouse or facility.
My packages rates are:
2 days board and train plus 2 private lessons for $300
One week board and train plus 3 private lessons for $800
2 weeks board and train with 4 private lessons $1400
How did you get started in this business?
I've been training and competing with dogs since I was young. The passion has never died. Ive owned and trained many breeds witch include difficult breeds and highly intelligent breeds such as Akitas, Samoyeds, Aussies , scotch collies, German shepherds, and now a doberman and papillon.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look at the service offered and not the prices. A big facility with too many dogs can not give your dog the attention it needs. Also look at the different training environments. Some trainers never take the dogs anywhere and the only training done is at the facility.
