Robert fixed a problem with a leak that came from my kitchen light fixture. A previous contractor that I had come out to my home last week did not seal my commode correctly when he was tightening it; therefore, it left a gap underneath the bathroom floor (over the top of my kitchen), and this cause the small leak through the kitchen ceiling light fixture, each time my commode was flush.
Robert not only correct the problem, he went out to get the replacements that were needed, and tested everything to make sure it was working properly with no more leaks.
Unlike, the other professionals that I tried to get estimates from, they stated that I needed to have my pipes or ceiling replaced without evaluating the real issue! Robert not only stopped the leak, he had integrity and was friendly. Because of his honesty, I did not have to worry about anything else and his price was reasonable too.
