Dealing with electricity can be a tricky job, you have to have a great understanding of practical installation skills, electrical diagrams and health and safety. being able to think quickly to provide solutions for problems working away making sure your work is compliant with the NEC wiring and building regulations. some days you may be carrying out a standard install, the next you could be fault-finding and then you could be inspecting and testing.

    Bryan was prompt with responding to the bid request to install two ceiling fans. The service technician that installed two ceiling fans was good. He was prompt, answered questions, and verified everything was in working order. The reason for the average rating is because of the communication. If you are interested in Bryan Electrical, then: 1) use your phone as the primary communication tool. Bryan does not check HomeGuide. I didn't know this, so no one came to my house and I had to follow up. 2) document your telephone agreement. I documented the quote *for the project* on the HomeGuide chat, so I know what we discussed. At the time of service, the price ended up being a new (slightly lower) price *per unit*, and a new total price at almost 2x the initial quote. Bryan Electrical did get his money but he lost a customer.
