I hired STEVE to do some electrical repairs. He was prompt on coming to give estimate and showing up to do the work. I was told he would email me a receipt for the cash I paid him. He NEVER sent my receipt or even replyed to my messages and phone calls. Even after I reached out to him several times.
Thus, the reason for a 4 star instead of 5.
