What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we typically collect customer info, provide an estimate, collect a s signed contract along with the 50% deposit, schedule the work, follow-up with the client that work meets or exceeds expectations, collect the balance, lastly, ask for referrals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Earned a BBA and the MBA in entrepreneurship both from James Madison University. I am a certified horticulturalist. I'm also a certified concrete paver installer certified segmental retaining wall Builder.

no, every property is a little bit different so pricing changes from site to site.
How did you get started in this business?
In 1985, at age 15, I used my mom's lawn mower and walked up and down her block looking for houses with tall grass and knocked on doors till someone let me mow the lawn. Pretty soon I had more loans than I could handle and had my friends use their dad's lawn mowers to mow the backyard while mow the front yards. ALB has been constantly growing ever since.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a company in your area of expertise?
Many companies state that they're fully licensed insured but few however are I would check with the web page Dpor.gov and do a license look up to see if they're either a class ABC or unlicensed contractor. Ask to see so you current Certificate of Insurance.
What questions should customers think through before talking to companies about their needs?
budget, long range plans, use of outdoor spaces, curb appeal
