Jeevan of JBS Systems was a professional in every sense. He did not over promise to obtain my business. He said he would try to have the work done today. He had the work done today. I called six other repair techs in the area. Jeevan’ s hourly rate beat all the rest and I am very comfortable he did not protract his work ton”run the meter”. I was very impressed that he was not at all ostentatious and speak in computer argot. He answered my questions and misunderstandings directly. I purchased replacement parts to ensure there was no additional markup. To my amazement, after a quick diagnosis, Jeevan returned all the parts to me for store refunds. My computer already had an SSD primary drive! I shall definitely return to JBS for my computer needs and refer friends and relatives to him as well. Five stars!
