I had the pleasure of working with Compupatch Services Inc. recently, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the team at Compupatch went above and beyond to provide top-notch service and deliver outstanding results. The owner of the company demonstrated unparalleled generosity and expertise when he took my malfunctioning computer and made the bold decision to upgrade me to a brand new system at the same cost it would have taken to repair the old one. This unexpected act of kindness and professionalism truly set Compupatch apart from other service providers in the industry. Furthermore, the owner also worked his magic on two laptops that I owned, upgrading the memory and CPU at a fraction of the cost it would have taken elsewhere. As a result, I now find myself in possession of three essentially brand new computers, all acquired at a price that would have typically only covered the cost of one. What truly impressed me about Compupatch's service was their unmatched efficiency and convenience. Not only did they pick up my computers from my home, but they also returned them fully upgraded and repaired in less than two days, showcasing their commitment to timeliness and customer satisfaction. Additionally, the accessibility of Luis, the owner, who is available around the clock to address any concerns or issues, further solidifies Compupatch as a reliable and customer-centric service provider. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Compupatch Services Inc. for all your computer needs, whether personal or for your business. Their dedication to excellence, exceptional customer service, and cost-effective solutions make them a standout choice in the industry. If you are looking for a trustworthy and skilled team to handle your computer repairs, upgrades, or maintenance, look no further than Compupatch Services Inc. You won't be disappointed!

Switch and Outlet Installation Ran two dedicated outlets and added two breakers for me. Worked alone. Took a little longer than I thought but he got it done. Great guy.

Jeevan of JBS Systems was a professional in every sense. He did not over promise to obtain my business. He said he would try to have the work done today. He had the work done today. I called six other repair techs in the area. Jeevan’ s hourly rate beat all the rest and I am very comfortable he did not protract his work ton”run the meter”. I was very impressed that he was not at all ostentatious and speak in computer argot. He answered my questions and misunderstandings directly. I purchased replacement parts to ensure there was no additional markup. To my amazement, after a quick diagnosis, Jeevan returned all the parts to me for store refunds. My computer already had an SSD primary drive! I shall definitely return to JBS for my computer needs and refer friends and relatives to him as well. Five stars!
