What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always visit with customer first in order to evaluate the project and understand their needs and wants. Afterword we come up with plan of action (design, drawings, material selection list, etc..) and total cost for the project. up on agreed contact with the customer we obtain all the necessary permitting (if the job requires) and then commence the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are landscape Architects, structural Engineers and carry many certifications such as ICPI, PICP. we have over 60 years of combined experience in all aspects of construction industry
