What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually would get the call then we set up the appointment for the free estimate with the customer at their preferred time. Then me the owner would come out to the customers home measure the job give them ideas on colors and or work that needs to be done. Depending on how quickly they need the work performed we would send them the estimate via email or provide one on the spot for them. If the customer likes the quote we put a date on the work get a contact signed and we go to work.

Tradesman skilled certification and licensing.

Yes pricing for any refinishing job under 300 square feet we have a $950.50 fee plus shoe molding if needed.

To always ask lots of technical questions about the products the pros and cons before making decisions.
