How did you get started in this business?
My father worked in a sheet metal shop so I was introduced to the ventilation side of the trade at a young age. I then started my career in residential remodeling which eventually brought me back to residential heating and cooling which is my passion.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If it's a broken down air conditioner or furnace, ask yourself has this happened before and what was the outcome of that experience and don't be afraid to share your experience with your contractor.
If replacing an old unit, point out what you liked and what you disliked about your old equipment.
